Is the eye test really free?+
Yes — a full computerised eye check-up at Eyezkart is free, with or without buying glasses.
How does the Buy 1 Get 1 offer work?+
Pick any frame with single-vision lenses, and you get a second frame + single-vision lenses free from our selected range. Premium lens upgrades (progressive, photochromic, blue-cut) can be added on the second pair at a discount.
Do you fit progressive and blue-cut lenses?+
Yes, we stock blue-cut, anti-glare, photochromic and progressive lenses from trusted brands. Our optometrist will recommend what suits your eyes and lifestyle.
Do you sell contact lenses for first-time users?+
Yes. We do a fitting, teach you safe insertion and care, and give a trial pair before you commit to a box.
What is your warranty on frames and lenses?+
Frames carry a 6-month manufacturer warranty against breakage at the joints. Lenses are covered for coating defects for 6 months.
Can I just walk in or do I need to book?+
Walk-ins are always welcome during shop hours. Booking ahead helps us keep an optometrist ready for you with zero wait.
